How pam4d Weekly Cashback calculates your return
We calculate Weekly Cashback based on your net activity from Monday to Sunday (Jakarta timezone). Net activity means the total amount you've wagered minus any winnings you've received. If you deposit our welcome offer and play through our welcome offer across all games, your net play is our welcome offer. We apply a cashback percentage to that figure and credit the result to your account.
The cashback percentage varies depending on which games you play. Live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger) typically earn a higher cashback rate than slots. Sports markets on Liga 1, Piala AFF, and esports (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile) have their own rates. We publish the full rate card in your account settings so you know exactly what you're earning.
Cashback is credited automatically every Monday at 06:00 Jakarta time. You don't need to opt in or claim it—if you've played during the week and your account is in good standing, the cashback appears in your balance. We send a push notification to your phone when the credit posts, so you'll know immediately.
Your cashback is real money. You can use it to play more games, withdraw it to your bank account or e-wallet, or hold it in your account for later. There are no restrictions on how you spend it—it's treated exactly like a deposit or a win.
Checking your cashback on mobile
Open your pam4d account on your phone and navigate to the "Account" or "Wallet" section. You'll see a breakdown of your balance: deposits, winnings, cashback, and any pending withdrawals. Tap on "Weekly Cashback" to see a history of all cashback credits you've received. Each entry shows the week it covers, the amount, and the date it was credited.
We also send a weekly summary email to your registered address. The email includes your total play for the week, your net activity, the cashback percentage applied, and the amount credited. If you prefer not to receive these emails, you can disable them in your account settings—but we recommend keeping them so you have a record of your earnings.
Cashback and account verification
You must have a verified account to receive cashback. Verification is quick: upload a photo of your ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license) and a selfie holding that ID through your mobile app or browser. We process most verifications within 2–4 hours on weekdays. Once verified, you're eligible for cashback on all future play.
If your account is not yet verified, you can still play and deposit. However, cashback won't be credited until verification is complete. We'll send you a notification as soon as your account is verified, and your first cashback will be calculated for the week you became verified.
Cashback and deposits via DANAe-walletand other methods
Cashback is calculated on your net play, not on your deposits. So if you deposit our welcome offer via mobile banking and play through our welcome offer, your net play is our welcome offer (assuming you didn't win anything). Cashback is calculated on that our welcome offer, not on your our welcome offer deposit.
We support deposits via local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and direct bank transfers (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment). All deposits are treated the same way for cashback purposes—the payment method doesn't affect your cashback rate or calculation.
Withdrawing your cashback
Your cashback is withdrawable just like any other balance. Log into your pam4d account on your phone, go to "Withdraw", and enter the amount. You can withdraw your cashback to any of our supported payment methods: e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or direct bank transfer.
Withdrawal requests are processed on a rolling basis. Weekday requests typically clear by the next business day. Weekend requests are processed by Monday afternoon. We verify your account and the withdrawal amount before sending funds to your payment provider, so there may be a delay of a few hours while we confirm everything is in order.
Once we send your withdrawal to your payment provider, the timeline depends on them. mobile banking and local payment typically complete transfers within minutes. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on the bank. We have no control over this final step, but we provide a reference number so you can follow up with your bank if needed.
Cashback is available to withdraw immediately
Unlike some promotions, your weekly cashback has no wagering requirement or lock-in period. Once it's credited to your account on Monday, you can withdraw it or use it to play more games—your choice.
Cashback during holidays and special periods
We continue to calculate and credit cashback every week, including during holidays like Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Imlek. The calculation runs on the same Monday schedule regardless of the date. If a Monday falls on a public holiday, we process cashback on the next business day.
During major tournaments (Liga 1 season, Piala AFF, Piala Indonesia), we sometimes offer bonus cashback rates on sports markets. We announce these promotions in advance through push notifications and your account dashboard. The bonus rates apply automatically—you don't need to do anything to qualify.
Tracking your cashback history on mobile
Your pam4d account keeps a complete history of all cashback credits. Open your account on your phone, navigate to "Transaction History" or "Cashback History", and you'll see every credit with the date, amount, and week it covers. You can filter by date range or payment method to find specific transactions.
We also provide a downloadable statement if you need it for your records. Go to "Account Settings" → "Statements" and select the date range. We'll generate a PDF with all your deposits, withdrawals, and cashback credits. This is useful if you're tracking your account activity or need documentation for personal accounting.
