Account and registration

During registration on pam4d, you provide your username, email address, mobile number, and a password. We send a verification code to your mobile number and email to confirm your identity. Once verified, you can log in and access our football markets (Liga 1, Piala AFF), live-dealer tables, slots, and esports betting. You do not need to enter payment information during registration — that comes later when you choose to deposit.

Our KYC (Know Your Customer) process requires a valid government-issued ID — passport, driving licence, or national ID card. We also ask for a recent utility bill or bank statement to verify your address. You can upload these documents through your account settings on the pam4d app or website. Our team reviews your documents within 2–4 business hours. Once verified, you can deposit and withdraw without further delays.

If you cannot log in, or if you see activity on your account that you did not authorize, contact our support team immediately through in-app chat or email. Do not share your password or verification code with anyone. We will reset your password, review your account for unauthorized activity, and restore it if needed. Response time is usually within 1–2 hours during business hours. If it is outside business hours, we respond within 4 hours of your next business day.

Payments and transactions

pam4d does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. All of your deposit money goes into your pam4d account. When you withdraw, we transfer your full balance to your chosen payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) with no deduction. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge their own fees — check with them first. We do not control third-party fees.

Bonus offers on pam4d have terms that we display when you claim them. Typical terms include a playthrough requirement (you must wager the bonus amount a set number of times before you can withdraw) and an expiration date (usually 7–30 days). Some bonuses apply only to specific games (slots, live-dealer tables) or specific events (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha). Always read the full terms before claiming a bonus. Once you submit a withdrawal request on pam4d, we review it within 2–4 business hours during weekdays. On weekends or public holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek), review may take up to 24 hours. After we approve your request, your bank or e-wallet (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, etc.) transfers the funds to you within their own timeframe, usually 1–2 hours for e-wallets and 1–2 business days for bank transfers.

The minimum deposit on pam4d is our welcome offer. You can deposit via e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or direct bank transfer (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking). There is no maximum account preferences, but your bank or e-wallet may have daily transfer limits. If your deposit does not arrive within subject to verification, contact support and we will investigate.

Games and markets

pam4d covers Liga 1 (Indonesia), Piala AFF, Champions League, Premier League, and other international tournaments. For each match, we offer markets such as match winner, total goals, both teams to score, Asian handicap, and first goal scorer. Live betting is available on most matches, so you can place bets during the game. Check the pam4d app or website to see which markets are open for each fixture.

We offer Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, and Mahjong Ways, among others. Each game has its own rules and payout structure, which you can read in the game help panel before you play. Games are available on mobile and desktop. You can set your own bet amount and play at your own pace.

pam4d offers blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and Dragon Tiger with live dealers in multi-camera studios. You can see the dealer and other players on screen and interact via the chat feature. All games use certified RNG (random number generator) software. Minimum and maximum bets vary by game — check the table limits before you join.

Yes. We offer esports markets on Mobile Legends, Free Fire, and PUBG Mobile. You can bet on match outcomes, tournament winners, and in-game milestones. Esports betting follows the same rules as football betting on pam4d — read the game terms before placing a bet. Live betting is available during tournament streams.

Support and security

We respond to all queries within 2–4 business hours during weekday office hours (09:00–18:00 Jakarta time). Queries received outside office hours are answered within 4 hours of the next business day. Urgent account-security issues (unauthorized access, suspected fraud) are prioritized and may be answered within 1 hour. Contact us via in-app chat, email, or phone if you prefer.

On the pam4d login page, click "Forgot your password?" Enter your email address or username, and we will send a reset link to your email. Click the link and create a new password. If you do not receive an email within subject to verification, check your spam folder. If you still cannot reset your password, contact support through in-app chat and we will help you recover your account.

We encrypt your personal data in transit and at rest using industry-standard security protocols. Your data is used only to operate pam4d, verify your identity (KYC), process your transactions, and comply with legal obligations.
