To deposit via bank transfer, log into your pam4d account on your phone or desktop, navigate to "Deposit," and select "Bank Transfer." We'll show you a list of supported banks: BCA, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment. Choose your bank, enter the amount you want to deposit, and confirm. We'll generate a unique virtual account number (VA) for your transaction. This VA is tied to your pam4d account, so when you transfer funds to it, we know exactly which account to credit.
Open your bank's mobile app or online banking portal, initiate a transfer to the VA we provided, and complete the payment. Most banks process transfers within minutes during business hours. Once your bank confirms the transfer, we receive notification and credit your pam4d account immediately. You'll see your updated balance in the app or browser within seconds.
The virtual account number is valid for 24 hours. If you don't complete the transfer within that window, we'll generate a new VA the next time you initiate a deposit. This prevents accidental transfers to old account numbers and keeps your account secure.
We don't charge deposit fees. Whatever amount you transfer is the amount that lands in your pam4d account. Your bank may charge a small transfer fee (typically our welcome offer–our welcome offer depending on the bank), but that's between you and your bank—we don't add anything on top.
Withdrawals via bank transfer
Cashing out your winnings via bank transfer is straightforward. Go to your account menu, select "Withdraw," and choose "Bank Transfer." Enter the amount you want to withdraw and select which bank account you want the funds sent to. We'll ask you to confirm your identity at this stage—usually a one-time code sent to your registered email or phone number.
After you confirm, we review your withdrawal request. This review typically takes a few hours during business hours and up to one business day over weekends or public holidays like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha. Verification is quick: upload a photo of your ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license) and a selfie holding that ID through your mobile app or browser. We also ask you to confirm the bank account you want withdrawals sent to. This is a security measure: we verify that the account name matches your registered name on pam4d. If there's a mismatch, we'll ask you to clarify before processing the withdrawal. This prevents accidental transfers to the wrong account.

Bank transfer on Android and iOS
On Android, download our APK from the pam4d app page. Enable "Unknown Sources" in your device settings, open the APK file, and tap "Install." Once installed, log in with your pam4d credentials. Navigate to "Deposit," select "Bank Transfer," and follow the flow. Your bank's app will open automatically when you tap the transfer button, so you can complete the payment without leaving pam4d.
On iOS, open Safari or Chrome, navigate to pam4d, and log in. Save the site to your home screen by tapping Share → "Add to Home Screen." When you initiate a bank transfer, we'll provide the virtual account number and a link to your bank's app. Tap the link, complete the transfer in your bank's app, and return to pam4d to see your updated balance.

If your withdrawal is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, it may be held by your bank for verification. Contact your bank directly with your transaction reference number. We provide this number in your pam4d withdrawal history, so you can share it with your bank's support team.
